This is Rolf Böhme mayor of Freiburg between 1982–2002. During his time in office, Freiburg was the first german town, to choose an iranian town as a twin town (Isfahan since 2000).
This is Dieter Salomon mayor of Freiburg since 2002. He didn't stop the Freiburg's partnership with Isfahan.
